Catherine is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina, a National Certified Counselor, and an EMDR-trained clinician. She earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College (Annapolis, MD), an M.A. in Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (South Hamilton, MA), and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with specialized trauma training from Richmont Graduate University.

Alyssa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who creates a warm, compassionate space where clients can come home to themselves and reconnect with others. She approaches therapy holistically—integrating the body, mind, and spirit—and often incorporates mindfulness and somatic practices, including trauma-sensitive yoga (TSY), to support traditional talk therapy. For clients who desire it, Alyssa weaves in elements of spirituality while honoring those with different or no faith backgrounds.

In 1998 Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania. He has earned a Certificate of Added Qualification in Psychiatry. As Dan’s patients attest, his early career experiences in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine and women’s health inform a whole person perspective when looking at complex problems that affect the psyche.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Katy provides a therapeutic environment which is warm, safe and supportive in addition to incorporating the mental health aspects of each individual. Katy is gifted in bringing together a theological and psychological perspective in order to accomplish each client's goals and desires. While she covers many therapeutic areas, Katy has specialized in pregnancy loss, infertility, miscarriage and stillbirth.

Steven is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor committed to understanding each person's story. Steven seeks to engage in past memories of struggle and pain in order to make sense of the whole person and work towards healing individually and in relationship. Steven has experience in many areas of therapy, but he also offers coaching as life has many transitions and sometimes hard changes.
