Fear is a universal emotion, experienced by every human being. Fear has productive and protective purposes, necessary for our well-being. However, for many of us, anxiety has overtaken our lives and has become an unwelcome companion. Anxiety disorders affect more than 40 million adults. In our sessions, we will discuss healthy fear, unhealthy anxiety as well as identify strategies towards experiencing freedom from anxiety.
