Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Franciscan University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. In addition, she has a certificate in trauma studies from Regent University. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA).

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor committed to the mental health of children, adolescents, and women. Treatment areas include childhood behavioral concerns, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, trauma, career changes, family dynamics, human sexuality, women in crisis, and other life circumstances.

She specializes in trauma and understands the barriers to one's healing because of these experiences. In addition, she is trained in helping individuals and couples work through sexual brokenness such as betrayal or addiction. Ashley's goal is to slow-down the unhealthy cycles and incorporate useful tools and mindfulness skills in-order to reconnect with one's self and restore what is broken.
